WHAT IS MY TIME COMMITMENT ONCE I ENROLL IN LESSONS?

When you enroll yourself, or your child into lesson’s, we only ask for a two month commitment to start. This gives you an opportunity to really get a feel for the way we teach, it gives you an opportunity to get to know yourself, or your child’s response to learning how to play a new instrument. If you find that this is not for you, we ask for a thirty day notice, to let us know that you or your child do not plan to continue. Why thirty days? This is so that we can make that last month as positive of an experience as possible for the student Instead of having an abrupt quitting experience, and the negative damage that can have, the completion of lessons becomes a positive experience and memory.

WHAT MATERIALS WILL WE BE USING, AND WHERE DO I PURCHASE THEM?

We will be using the playing based program materials called ‘Simply Music. When enrolled, you will be given the URL and instructions on what materials to purchase. You will be asked to purchase materials on an as needed basis.

DO YOU OFFER IN-HOME LESSONS?

Yes! We offer virtual lessons! All you need is a piano, internet connection, webcam, and tablet, phone, and/or laptop. You do not need to leave your home for these lessons, and you will have the benefit of talking and learning from someone live, at a predetermined time each week in your home. No, we do not physically come to your home. Our in-person lessons are offered at our home studio at 380 1/2 Queenston st. St Catharines, Ontario.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

We ask for a thirty-days notice if you or your child want to end your piano lesson experience with us. With a thirty day notice, we will make your last month of lesson’s as positive as the month’s previous. We will highlight the best “take-aways” that you will not want to forget, and your positive learning experience. So, instead of feeling like you’ve “quit” piano lessons, you will be ending your piano lessons.
